North Glass & Aluminum Ltd.

Their driver saw our little dog on the road and myself and did not even stop or slow down. Clearly the workers do not like dogs. I would not use this company ever.

The North Glass crew were professional, courteous and most importantly, great at what they do! They took care of a window replacement quickly and when finished they cleaned up so well that it was like they were never there.

Great guys. They do amazing work efficiently.

The owner Brandon North does not show up when he says he will, does not perform when he promises, but is quick to have his hand out for a cheque when he is (almost) finished. There has to be a beter glass shop in Vicotria.

I reached out to facebook to see if anyone new a glass company. A guy name Shawn responded saying he works here and will do the work. well I thought he knew what he was doing and ended up making an unsafe shower. I called saying that its un safe and my tennant would not use the shower and the steps don't align with the door. why would he not put the door where the steps are??? I asked to talk to his manager after he wouldn't fix it and he said his manager doesn't like it when I give out his cell number. Right. Realized he was doing this with the company name on the side even though he has to buy that type of glass through the company. I msg the owner on LinkedIn. The owner said he doesn't want to be apart of it. No-one owned up to the poor work done so had to get another company tear down the glass and put up a new safe one.

I have worked hand in hand with North Glass on several projects. Morale was high and they truly care about the work they do out there. The owner (Brandon) has always done right by me. Wouldn’t use another glass company on Vancouver Island.
