Having dealt with big banks for my whole life, Duca was a very refreshing experience. Quite opposite to a bank where it seems like they are just trying to sell you product after product regardless of whether you need it.I set up my account with Tyler and he was very helpful, honest, and professional during the process. He even personally sorted out an issue (on the sender's side) with a wire transfer that never came through a few months after I set up the account. Their rates are competitive and the service is excellent. Highly recommend.
