Disappointing and Frustrating Experience at Bossa Nova Salon.I had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience with Bossa Nova Salon, particularly with Robert, the hairstylist. As someone who has dealt with numerous hair professionals, I expected better service and professionalism from this salon.First, the process of booking my balayage appointment on their website was unclear and inconvenient. There was no indication that an additional evaluation appointment was required, which is incredibly inconvenient for those with busy schedules. The communication with the salon was limited to WhatsApp messages and lacked a proper phone call confirmation. This, in itself, was quite unprofessional and inadequate.To make matters worse, my appointment was canceled without warning, leaving me scrambling to find another professional before my vacation. This cancellation was not only abrupt but also left me with no room to make alternate arrangements.Lastly, Robert tried to upsell me on an additional procedure that came with a hefty price tag, which I have never encountered before with other hair professionals. This made it evident that he was more interested in making extra money rather than providing a satisfactory service.In conclusion, I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience at Bossa Nova Salon, and I will not be returning. I strongly recommend others to be cautious when considering this salon, as the service and professionalism leave a lot to be desired.

Great staff. I only trust my hair with them. Talita is the Best!They offer great beauty services: hair, nails (gel and polish), wax, brows, lash lift... Service for women, men, and kidsThey are always busy (because they are the best), so it is necessary to book ahead. They also have facial aesthetic treatment. I am their client about 5 years.

Staff is very attentive, everyone is so welcoming, you can go into bits with what you want and they will do exactly what is asked. Robert is so understanding and will suggest the healthiest for you

Eva was amazing, very professional and only worked on my hair. She doesn't speak English very well but she definitely knows hair. I got baby highlights with a hint of strawberry blonde. Highly recommend the salon.

Took my daughter here to get her nails done. I was also booked for a pedicure. They did a nice job on her nails but were hesitant to do my pedicure. They didn't want to give me service for some reason and were not polite or welcoming. I felt really uncomfortable there today. There are hundreds of nail salons in Vancouver so I will have to find somewhere else to get a pedicure done. Not a good place to go for men I guess?!

Amazing customer service! Eva is an awesome hair stylist and she has the best products for hair. In addition, the price is affordable, the place is cozy and everyone in there is friendly. Definitely, I will come back.

Ive gotten my hair done by Talita 3 times now and she does it right every time! Shes such a nice person who treats you with so much care each time! My hair has never looked better :)
