I have always enjoyed my experience shopping at this location. All of the staff members up until today have been nothing but helpful and kind. Today however, was a different story. I am not sure who this staff member was but she was an older lady and extremely rude. As I approached the till she made an offside comment about what I was purchasing. She did not offer help, she did not acknowledge when I walked in the door with my dog, and as she was cashing us out she was speaking to the other customer at the other till. Offering treats to his dog. Again, not acknowledging we were even there. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I left feeling absolutely disgusted. Unfortunately I will be taking my business else where. I’m not supporting a company who hires individuals like that.

I have ALWAYS had a great experience here. However, I must say they truly go above and beyond. I was looking for an alternative to the vet suggested gastro food as I really do not like the ingredients. I feed and have been feeding my dogs raw for well over 10 years. Their friendly staff offered a number of suggestions and options at a way better price point than what the vet was suggesting. AND they tossed in a sample of some pumpkin to help with the transition and aid in digestion. I called in my order and it was ready within minutes of calling. Absolutely amazing customer service and they put my mind at ease about the food I will be giving my dog. They're always ready with ideas and suggestions no matter what the problem. Thank you for your continued amazing customer service.

Wonderfull staff, excellent customer service, great products, knowledgeable and very helpful with questions and concerns you might have. I have been going there for many years and I wouldn't go any where else. I have had great success in keeping my 13 year old senior dog as healthy as can be with the products they have suggested for him. Thank you to all the amazing staff .. you are the best!!

Update March/22. I’ve been recently very disappointed in staff at this location lately. The manager today was dismissive, rude and didn’t care or try to make the situation right. I will never buy from this store again, the products are expensive however it was worth it. If I want to be treated like this I certainly don’t need to go here. Will revise my review to two stars as they do have many great options for pets. Some staff are awesome but not looking to roll the dice on this one.After getting puppy we started going here regularly during COVID lockdown and Brittany, one of the managers was outstanding. Her and Brendan always listen to our needs and then suggest the best products for our dogs. They always go above and beyond to enhance our customer experience. They really treat you like family as they have great employees that actually care about their customers and individualize our needs. We love this global pets!

Ordered food for dog on Tuesday for Thursday pick up they just called and said they didn't get now I'm without food. And we are going on vacation. Thanks global.

Amazing!! They gave us some free samples of food for our new French bulldog puppy!! Great selection of dry, raw, etc food, treats, toys, beds, collars, you name it! They have a spectacular selection of high quality products. The customer service is amazing as well, very helpful! Thanks for being awesome!
