Ok so I switched over to Fido from Virgin very spontaneously and decided to go into the store to get this all settled. Tanya and Noah are literally the most helpful people on the planet. They took good care of me, made sure I understood everything and got me set up with kindness and consideration. Highly recommend going to this location!

5 stars for Hana. Very kind and patient and took her time to figure out what my friend was told the day before from another rep was incorrect. Was able to setup the plan and was very patient as my friend speaks little English and was nice enough to explain and let me do the translation

Great place, they can usually get you deals that aren’t on the site (especially around Boxing Day/Black Friday. Zain was super helpful and a pleasure to work with!

Came yesterday gave me the stress of my life. Wasted my time and gas. Went to a different location got my modem in 10 minutes. The customer rep are clueless and condescending.

A HUGE THANK YOU TO MIKE AND ANDREW!!!! They are super friendly and helpful, going beyond to support us for many hours over a three days period from the purchasing, activation, and porting of our phones, despite so many complications. We highly recommend this location.

I was just in store today and it was the best experience by far I had at a Fido location. Chris and Hannah are absolutely amazing, they took their time to explain to me every details and help me with my moms new phone and plan , they have so much patience and customer skills I couldn’t be more thankful for meeting them. They are such knowledgeable and caring individuals. Thank you again Chris and Hanah ❤️

worst customer service everthey don't care what you ask them they will do on their own.I went to add another line for my daughter and explained them if I can pay them separately because the line that I have it's a business line, yes yhey said no problem after I found out they are charging from the same account went back at store and explained to them the answer was just sorry we didn't know that.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THE DONT KNOW ANYTHING, THEY JUST WANT TO MAKE CONTRACTS BUT THEY DONT REALY CARE

Fido keeps disconnecting devices from internet probably due to overload or something is wrong with their modem quality !Both my laptop and cellphones are being disconnected and THIS IS GETTING PRETTY ANNOYING AS I HAVE TO KEEP RELOGGING EVERYTIME THEY DO IT - CAN YOU STOP IT FIDO - Dont sign any contracts - GARBAGE QUALITY
