There was a miscommunication and the girls at the shop got the wrong phone number yet somehow they managed to get the flowers out ON MOTHER'S DAY and completely saved the day. The flowers themselves were SO beautiful and amazing value for the money. Will def be using them again in the future!

Today, I came into your store and purchased a single flower on behalf of my friend. My friend had just came from the dentist and she was unable to speak because her mouth was quite frozen and swollen. Unfortunately, it wasn't her best look. The staff behind the counter, two in particular, were balantly staring and talking about her the entire time we visited your store. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful and their shameful behavior did not go unnoticed. While I have heard glowing reviews about your store, our experience today was quite the opposite.Perhaps you can talk to your staff about this incident, so no future customers have the same experience as we did. I suggest practicing better customer service skills, placing emphasis on being mindful of their body language and facial expressions.

My BFF from Ontario had these flowers ordered for me. I know she ordered regular daisies but got these mini ones substituted instead. I sent her a pic of them & know she is as surprised as I was. Her beautiful thoughts were felt, but the representation that arrived at my door was not up to snuff at all. Will definitely not shop there. Since we just moved here last year, it’s good to know where NOT to shop.

I was recommended Wildflower Florist from the funeral home that was helping me plan my dads celebration of life. I looked at their Facebook and webpage and they really didn't have a lot of pictures or a menu to help me out. I called the store and while I feel I was rushed through the order I was satisfied with that we talked about and with my order. I was not the one to pick up the order but when I first saw the vases and bouquets I was not overly happy. The only real request I made for the flowers was that I wanted white and yellow. I also said I wouldn't mind a mix of other colors but I for sure wanted yellow and white. Well these bouquets are mostly a mix of purple and pink with a bit of white and three of the four vases had one yellow flower. I thought they looked thin and short. For 60$ each I am very sure I could have gone to a grocery store and found bouquets similer or possibly better. The flowers were fresh and were quite pretty but for the price and with very little white and yellow I was very disappointed.

Yesterday I phoned in an order for flowers from Wildflower Florist. We discussed the type of bouquet available for $70. It was to have more than 4 roses and lots of carnations. What I got was 2 roses and 3 carnations 1 or 2 lilies and lots of green. I called to discuss this but was told this was to value. It didn't look anything like the picture on the website at all and which we discussed. The proprietor would not acknowledge anything was out of order. The comparison between what was ordered and what we go is noted below. This is really pathetic for $70.00 and in comparison to what was ordered. Not a place I would recommend at all!

I ordered a funeral arrangement for a family member from a website since I am out of province. At the last minute my order was canceled due to lack of florists".I searched for a local florist and discovered Wildflower.Eventhough I contacted them at closing time on Friday

I placed an order recently for a casket spray through Bloomex.ca. Unfortunately Bloomex did not relay the picture or item# to Wildflowers and the arrangement received was not what we had ordered (a wreath, not a casket spray) I was really upset as the memorial was the following day. I called and spoke with Jess who was absolutely wonderful and offered to have the correct arrangement delivered within hours. The casket spray was beautiful and just as we had ordered. Many thanks to Jess and Wildflowers for their care and great customer service during a trying time.

I had ordered flowers from Wildflowers for my 92 year old Grandma just before Christmas - she was so incredibly pleased and happy with the arrangement - she could not stop raving about it!! Thank you Wildflowers you listened to me and were perfect in executing my wishes - will definitely order flowers from you in the future!
