Wonderful lab, with great staff, I came with my husband yesterday for bloodwork, Amber was so friendly with us, doesn’t feel like we came to the lab for blood work, what a sense of humour she has, very kind and sweet girl- over all was great experience- I recommend Dynacare to everyone. ☺️

I'm super late posting this but a while back I got done work early for a change and rushed back to town so I could get my bloodwork done. I got there at 3pm, knowing they close at 4pm. After my 1hr drive, I saw a note on the door stating they had a very busy day and weren't able to allow anyone else in for the day. I explained my situation and the team were extremely understanding and managed to fit me in as the last person. I didn't realize they were the only lab open in the area that day and had been completely swamped. They were so nice despite their long and stressful day and I'm very grateful they fit me in. Thanks again Madiha, Jas, Bella, and Trish!!Also, I've had bad experiences in the past thanks to small, hard to find veins but I always go here as they've never had a problem and I'm always in and out quickly!

I recently took my 7-year-old son to Dyna Care for blood work, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional care we received from Amber. From the moment we arrived, my son was visibly scared and anxious about the procedure. However, Amber's expertise and compassion quickly put him at ease.Amber's ability to make my son feel comfortable in a potentially intimidating situation was truly remarkable. She patiently engaged him in conversation, distracting him from his fears and helping him relax. Her gentle demeanor and kind words reassured my son that he was in good hands, and that made all the difference.When it was time to take the blood, my son surprised both of us by not crying. Amber's expertise shone through as she skillfully performed the procedure swiftly and with minimal discomfort. It was clear that she knows exactly what she's doing and executes her work with precision and care.The fact that my son declared he only wants to go to Amber if he needs blood work again speaks volumes about the positive impact she had on him. I attend Dynacare labs specificallybecause I don't have to wear a mask.First time at the Kitchener location and based on my experience I'd return. No waiting when I arrived to the clinic during the noon hour. My blood was drawn by Amber, she was compassionate and gentle. She understood my fear of needles and potential to faint. She offered another room where I could lay down for my blood to be drawn if I wanted. I decided not to, so she kept me talking and distracted which minimized my body's reaction to fainting.

I have come here in the past for blood work and they are fast, efficient, and pleasant. Today I brought my son who struggles with needles and blood work and Madiha from the clinic made him feel comfortable, safe, and we had a no tears experience. Thanks so much!

I would like to leave a BIG THANK YOU for Amber when I took my daughter that has Trypanophobia which is the extreme fear of needles. She is 14 years old and had never done a blood test because of her fear. Amber was so patient, talk with her to distract about different subjects, offered a separate room for her to stay not in shame, offered her toay down, explained the procedure, how beneficial it would be for her to know what she finally has. Well, thank you so much Amber. Yo made everything perfect.

I went to Daynacare for the first time today and will undoubtedly return for testing. Trish, in particular, is a wonderful member of the staff. She was incredibly kind and sweet, and she gave me a painless and exceptional blood work experience, which I never had previously. Trish and Daynacare, thank you for the pleasant visit. I highly recommend going to this clinic!
