Fantastic experience!!! I had brought my PS4 in for an issue I couldn't repair, after speaking with them they knew right away the problem and said bring it in. Excellent customer service walking in the door at the counter. Then service tech Slav D greeted me. Said how much and they would get it done. Price was fantastic to avoid a new system. Before I had returned home the repair was already done. Highly recommend for all your tech needs. Slav D and all the staff are fantastic. Thanks guys

Walked in today to discuss how my Samsung S20 had trouble charging. The person behind the counter took a look, suspected some dirt, cleaned the USB port, and handed me back a good phone after 2 minutes. Total cost: 0 dollars.Wow, that was way beyond my expectations. Thanks Abdu!

I had absolutely fantastic service! My 16-year-old was going through serious withdrawals the second she found out that her phone was not charging. I came right away to uBreakiFix and was helped by Slava. He was very knowledgable, quick, nice and treated my daughter and I really really well. I got my frozen back camera fixed in 2 hours.I thought was LiDAR not working. But they insisted it's back back camera issue. I almost made a bet with them. After replacing back camera ,everything works. Do not waste your time on DIY. leave the things to the pro.Highly recommanded this place.

The best in the game, I'm not from Ottawa originally and had broken my phone while up here for work. I filed a claim through my insurance and they had directed me here for a walk in repair. I've never had such ease with getting my phone repaired from quick and easy to very knowledgeable.

I brought A71 with not charging issue. I was told its unfixable. So I took it to youtube and fixed myself. See attached image. Staff was friendly and polite and I apriciate the free diagnostics. It is my understanding that service has to follow certain partnership rules and hence issue like mine does not have official fix by Samsung. I wish they could have offered jumper cable solution. Also they lost North board to board connector gasket during dignostics (seen on the image attached), its present on south connector. Ill say this service seems to orient on part replacement but anything beyond that is under question, like my problem which needed some deep digging.

I brought my phone in for a simple battery replacement. After returning home, I noticed an orange streak at the top, bottom (up the sides about half way) on the screen. My phone also restarted every few minutes. I called the next morning when they opened, took my phone in and they blamed for exposing the phone to water in those few hours as opposed to taking accountability for their mistake (the phone had no indication of water damage in 3.5 years before the battery was replaced).They gave me the option to take the phone home or pay for non-warrantied work to replace the screen at my own cost. When I asked to speak to owner, the request was denied.I contacted HQ in Toronto to have the issue addressed (and followed up by email and call every day until today) and still have not received a call back from the company to address the issue. I was told that I would receive a call from a regional manager within 24h-48h (has not happened). HQ" does not have the capability to forward a call to regional managers either (I asked)...I have been without a working phone for 5 days at this point with no resolution in sight.I took a look at the sim card slot where the liquid indicator is and I am not seeing red
