Great staff and food. The staff was really patient and knew their stuff. The location is also really convenient, it's right on top of Dupont stn.The one missing star comes from the store itself which suffers from being small and cramped.There was a large construction tent inside the already cramped store making it hard to stand in line and maneuver around.There was a few seats in the sitting area: one table for around 5 people, a solo table and 2 cushioned seats. There wasn't really enough room for all of the seating and one of the cushioned seats basically couldn't be sat in or it would block the entrance to the sitting area and the washroom.

The donuts wasn’t prepared there, so it tasted a bit like day old donuts. However, it still tasted the best compare to other chain stores.

Who can argue it’s not good!We definitely need more branches all over the city!The donuts are always fresh, beautiful and fun. I really love how they come up with new looks for different occasions, the freshness doesn’t change tho!

Come to Krispy Cream after visiting Casa Loma. This is my first time having donut at a Krispy Cream store. I have once tried Krispy Cream donut samples at Costco and they taste so good, therefore I have big expectations when I come to the specialty store. However we are disappointed as the donuts are not freshly baked yet they are still tasty. The New York Cheesecake donut has fresh lemon taste instead of the classic cream cheese taste. Apple cinnamon donut does not have strong cinnamon flavor. Donut is $1.75 each and $14 for a dozen.

This is the worst, most coarse and bitter coffee I have ever tasted. The donuts are not worthy the hype in my opinion. They are just cheap sugar pastries but not something that is really amazing. Also the iced coffee I got had a bug in it so that’s nice.

Love this location. The lady working cash Tuesday, April 4 at around 1:30 was so helpful and kind. The donuts are just the best! We always buy a few boxes :)
