An amazing locally owned business. The 3 ladies (Carly, Melissa, Steph) that own it are some of the kindest and most genuine people that you will every have the pleasure of meeting. They truly want to help people on their journey of healing, self growth and empowerment.I knew they were in business for the right reasons when Steph told me there was a flash sale coming the next day so she would honour it when I bought a 10 pass for the harmonic egg.Beautifully set up location and so serene from the moment you enter the front door. Definitely a calming space that seems to melt the stress away.I love the infrared sauna with the various colours as there is nothing like a great sweat to release that stress and help mind, body and soul. I love the unlimited use sauna pass.I have had 2 sessions in the harmonic egg which both have been quite amazing and healing. Both very powerful healing sessions and quite different. After the second session leaving the building I accidently walked into women's washroom instead of the stairwell to go back to my car. LOL. So the trip/session was amazing. Let me see what session 3 brings tonight.Definitely my favourite wellness spot in Calgary hands down. You have to try the harmonic egg out if you are into self growth and healing. I have been experiencing many ups & downs over the years stemming from past family related traumas, on top of the busy stresses of life & being a mother of 3. I would often feel stuck in these heavy emotions & feel like giving up. After experiencing the Harmonic Egg, I felt a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in years. It felt like it was able to reset me, help me let go of anger, & bring me back to a state where I felt calm & like myself.Any time challenging circumstances arise in my life, I feel a sense of peace knowing I have the Harmonic Egg to help me manage my stress, emotions, or physical issues.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this place. I attend the Harmonic Egg and Steph has always treated me with love, kindness, and professionalism. Amazing studio with world class healing options! The harmonic egg is something I've never experienced before in my life. It's truly unique. And don't forget to try the infrared sauna! Very friendly and helpful staff, convenient location with heated parking.

This studio is absolutely NEXT LEVEL. Their focus is on sound and light healing therapies throughout the entire studio. They have the first HARMONIC EGG healing chamber in Calgary and an amazing yoga studio with infrared saunas. Highly recommend!

This wellness center is a must experience! I have done some infrared sauna sessions and 3 egg sessions so far and it's made a huge difference to my health and well being. I was going through a stressful time in my life and there was a noticeable rebalancing and calming impact the egg had on my nervous system. It also put me in a state where I was better able to deal with my situation with clarity, insight, and responsibility. They also have amazing yoga classes that I highly recommend!Stephanie, Carly, and Melissa are incredible people with big hearts. You can feel the love and intention they put into their center and the sessions they have with you. They foster this beautiful safe space for people to heal and grow. Them alone are worth a visit. Dealing with a career change, stress comes part and parcel with this. I tried one session not knowing what to expect this was something else. Now 5 sessions later, I honestly have seen a remarkable difference in my attitude and see things more clearly.Steph, Carly and Melissa besides being extremely caring and friendly they truly know their stuff.I was able to get both of my parents into the egg and they told me they had quite the experience.Now I understand everyone has their own different situation, but in my journey in healing I truly felt the impact of the egg on the 5th session.
