Solide service

I tried to get some roll up banners printed. This company stalled and avoided questions and was not very nice. Stupidly I ordered anyway. Hours later, without explanation they emailed me telling me my order was cancelled. I called and they claimed my credit card reported fraud. And he (Marco) was quite rude about it. I called the bank and they told me no charge was attempted. So I just got run around and then cancelled. I ordered the banners from another company with one day less to get it done, and they cheerfully filled the order and shipped it for the same price. Avoid this company.

This company is awesome for A-Z. Customer service (Marco) is blazing fast & friendly. I have been ordering with them for a few years now; I can say that variety & quality has always been outstanding & beyond my expectations.
