I recently moved to Kelowna and I was in search of a hair salon similar to my hair salon in the Netherlands. I've been to my hairdresser for over 5 years consistently and I was a bit nervous about trying something different. But hey....I had to :). So after a search online and reading reviews I found The Salon on St. Paul. I came in for a haircut and color. I was welcomed as soon as I stepped in and had something to drink while I waited for a short period of time. Brooklyn was my hairstylist and was so welcoming and professional. She asked great questions and informed me step by step about the process. Even during the process she checked in on me if we were still on the same page. She is a true artist and worked her magic on my hair. The end result is beyond my expectations. Overall experience was superb. High quality products, customer service and very skilled performance. The Salon on St. Paul...you have a new returning customer! :) Thanks again Brooklyn.

Ty has been cutting my hair for near on a decade. I think that says it all. I moved to Ontario recently and have not managed to find a stylist or barber anywhere near as good as he is.

I have been going to Ty since before he opened THE SALON ON ST PAUL ST. He focuses on having a well balanced and strong staff so you can see anyone and you will be treated to a great experience and come out with a beautiful look.

Abby is seriously the BEST hair stylist I have ever gone to. She is extremely personable and is amazing at what she does. There's never an awkward silence and I always feel so pretty after spending time in her chair. I would also like to add that the service at this salon is wonderful, while waiting to get my hair done the receptionist made me the most scrumptious earl grey tea I have ever drank. Hands down best place to go in town.

Just came back from another hair appointment, and I adore my hair! Second time I have been in now, and I will keep coming back because the service is phenomenal. Ty did such a fantastic job! This was my first experience at a high-end salon and was quite nervous and intimidated beforehand! But the moment I walked in, I was greeted with such a warm welcome, and they offered me refreshments.My hair is naturally almost black, and I wanted to go mauve. My stylist Abby absolutely nailed it perfectly! She really took the time to teach me how to take care of my hair. I am already re-booked for 5 weeks!The environment, price, location, and quality was all so accessible. I had the greatest time :)
