I have been in this store a few times and over the years have not received a greeting or any offer of assistance.Today Alisha changed this and turned my visit into a lovely experience. I left educated and with what I needed.This young Lady deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.Thank you, Alisha

The customer service is out of this world! The staff is so knowledgeable and wants their clients to get the best of the best! I don't know the name of the girl who was helping me today when I was there but she was so helpful and friendly! She was at the front and got one of her coworkers to jump at the front so she could help me and I loved that! Willingness to help and be there for your customers is the best in customer service! When I told her what I needed for my skin she knew right away and told me exactly what I needed to hear! I walked away a VERY happy client!

Really organized store and staff was very helpful and fast to give me what I ordered online. I'd visit again. Great promotions.

I walked into the store alone, proceeded to do 2 laps around the entire store. Not one single employee even acknowledged my existence. I Walked out frustrated because I obviously was not window shopping and needed help. None was offered. I told my wife why I didn't get her stuff and she was blown away by the lack of customer service as well. What a terrible experience! A man in a makeup store is an easy sell. I will not return.

Horrible experience. It’s always such a nightmare in this location. Girls are apathetic and rude, if they even have the knowledge you’re looking for (which most of the time you spend twenty minutes out of your day with someone only for them to tell you they have no idea how to help you). Like fr though they pester you and pester you to the point that no one will leave you alone for thirty seconds, but then when you actually ask for their help they can’t help ????Oh and also they straight up lie ??? I wanted to take advantage of the sale that they have on right now, so I went in over the weekend to check on the items I wanted. An employee input my phone number into their system and told me I was eligible for 15% off. Then when I go today (the day the sale starts) to pick up my items and pay, I’m told that the chick the other day just straight up bold faced lied to me and that I’m actually only entitled to a 10% discount !!! Wholeheartedly this is one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences, consistently. Really really bad experience. Please train your employees better this is ridiculous.Oh but the absolute best part ?? Their prices are marked wrong !!!! Brought an item marked $20 up to the counter and it was more than $20 (not including tax). I literally brought the counter girl over to see the price they had posted for the product. She called another employee to come up and help. Unfortunately since I did not have all day to wait around at the Sephora counter I eventually just told the employee to forget it. Like I can’t believe I was stupid enough to look forward to this experience I will NEVER shop in this store front again because of the employees here.

Decent location right inside of South Centre Mall.This location is quite large, with a great selection of all kinds of varieties of makeup and cosmetics. The staff were very helpful and friendly.But, the two items I wanted to purchase were both out of stock (after figuring out exactly what I wanted, with the help of an employee). I assume it was just poor timing and not a regular occurrence, but I haven't shopped here often.All in all, pretty good store in the mall!

Visited the Sephora at south centre to find a 10ml bottle of Tom ford perfume. The gal working this morning, Jade (hope I’m remembering her name right) was the best at helping me! She first looked in the drawer where they keep the bottles for purchase, and went through them for me despite the packaging looking so similar to other scents. When she couldn’t find it, she looked in her system and it showed they were out of the 10ml , but showed they may have 30ml in the back. When she went to check and she came out with a 10ml for me she had found. The fact she went above and beyond, was so appreciated! She could have just told me they didn’t have the 10ml so I paid more for the larger bottle, but she didn’t also saved me from having to go to another mall ( which I’m already not a fan of) I’ve shopped at Sephora for YEARS and Jade is hands down the best employee I’ve ever had help me. She deserves a raise Sephora! Thanks again Jade!

The girl on the floor helping me find the product I was looking for was very friendly and helpful. I had wanted two of the nighttime lip mask in lighter colour. I went to the counter and paid for both and used 500 of my points for $10 off. Before the girl even put the product in my bag I realized one was the wrong colour. The girl was very friendly and said we could do an exchange but when she tried to do it the computer was going to charge me $10 because points are nonrefundable. She called her manger over, south centre mall last Saturday around noon, to see if she could figure out the points and do a straight exchange considering the product had not even made it into my bag. The manager was extremely rude and just miserable. She explained that points are nonrefundable and that usually I would have to call customer service which I didn’t have a problem with. She was just snotty and had no customer service or even people skills at all. Not sure how this lady was store manager. Very disappointing. There are enough girls working there all the time that are very helpful and friendly. Why someone got promoted to a manager that is just a very rude person is beyond me.

Oriana (cherry red hair, tan, amazing wing liner!) was so kind, warm, welcoming and engaging (without being pushy). She let me find things on my own (which I loved haha, I like to think without being asked constantly) and then checked in with me, then walked me through the Sephora Fragrance quiz and gave me some amazing recommendations. I hope you guys celebrate her because she’s awesome!

I was here Tuesday evening. The girl working at the check out desk was extremely rude. She had blonde hair, I didn’t see her name tag properly but it said something like ‘Mara.’ She rolled her eyes at me because I put my drink on the counter while I was browsing and very rudely said you can’t just leave your drink.I know that… I was literally standing right next to it - also I was on the phone making important calls she felt the need to interrupt me browsing and on the phone for what reason? Then she stood there listening to my conversation and watched me and followed me around the store. Do better.
