The Natural Food Pantry at Billings Bridge is now at street level making it better accessible. I was surprised to see the cashier was giving a Muslim woman a hard time on the cost of items because there was no price tag on the items

I was well informed about the product. but arrived at the checkout the lady was very mean and angry as if she was not happy with her work

Great place for natural vitamins, health products, fresh and packaged foods. There's a dedicated staff member to assist you vitamin and health support section. Very helpful.

There is a major problem with the prices at this store. The price difference between Whole Foods and this store is similar to that between Walmart and Loblaws. A further problem with this store is that it does not offer any sales. They simply have never heard of the concept of sales. Great location, prices are insane.

I was able to find the products I was looking for. They also had many sales and special offers when I was in the store; my product included! They were very helpful in assisting me with a membership, and even threw in a free shaker bottle to make up for the wait while my membership was being processed. Friendly staff and great selection of products that you can't really find elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back :)

If it weren't for the fact that I can only get a specific product here I wouldn't shop here at all. I'm never one to complain at stores. The cashing out experience here is rarely positive. One thing is that this store never has a consistent lineup and people will observe someone standing waiting for the cashier then go stand somewhere else and create another line. There was some confusion today over where to stand and who was next. I politely mentioned to the cashier today that maybe they could better define the lineup so people weren't confused when the store is busier. I didn't criticize anyone or yell at anyone. Just made a suggestion.She was very dismissive, rude, patronizing, rolled her eyes and sarcastically wished me a good day. Completely unnecessary. I get that retail workers probably get unreasonable, rude customers. But I was not. And even if I were there's a way to handle it.If I can find another store to get my product I will.

My friend wanted to check this out, so we did they have a lot of great eco friendly products. I bought the shampoo/conditioner soap plus 2 chocolate bars. I had a great experience. One of the ladies helped us with any questions we had. She was very informative.

I went here yesterday after an unsuccessful attempt in obtaining information on colloidal silver at Herb & Spice Wellness. The customer sales and service I received at NFP was top notch. The woman who helped me was knowledgeable and seemed generally interested in helping me and I left feeling very pleased and comfortable with using this new product.
