There are neat products but prices are unbelievable. Most items can probably be purchased much much cheaper online. Further, there are no refunds! They don't tell you but instead point to a small sign hiding on the side of the cashier booth when you try to return something. Staff is nice but you need to really really need something immediately to pay that huge price tag instead of shopping online.

They pierced my ear with the wrong stud, I asked for the smallest and they used the largest one they had. They gave me half off but wouldn’t change the stud. Had to go to some where else to get it changed.

They peirced my son's ears, and a week later he got bumps all over his ear. The lady said that since she didn't do it there's nothing she can do. Zero help or trouble shooting. Save yourself the hassle of ignorance and go somewhere else.
