Not only did these guys help me out in a jam when my old snowblower snowblower broke halfway through the big storm and I couldn't get out of my lane way.I Called them made a purchase over the phone for the best recommended snowblower for my needs and within 45 minutes was delivered to my door full of fuel . Couldn't be happier with the snowblower or the service from Philbrick farm and equipment

Excellent customer service, you can trust! I had an electronic part break in a less than 1 year old power washer. When Andy couldn't get a new part from the manufacturer, he had a part removed from a new machine in stock, and placed in my machine. When that didn't solve the problem, he replaced the entire machine with a newer model, free of charge. I am very impressed Andy and the team at Philbrick Farm & Garden. I recommend them to everyone.

I had my Club Cadet snow thrower tuned up there and was completely satisfied. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and answered any questions I may have had. I had another establishment work on my snow thrower previously and would never go back for service again. Please support this outstanding local business from near and far.

Had a flat tire on my small John Deere tractor and no time or resources to work on it myself. These guys are not JD dealers, but they've always given me good service on other lawn equipment. I brought the wheel in about noon today. It was ready to go for me after work this afternoon and they made special arrangements so I could pick it up after closing. Cost of the repair - labour and materials for a new tube installed - was only half of what I'd have paid for a new tire, forget about the labour. Service with a smile, quick, fair price. Same as always. 5 stars.

Great experience. I had a previous Cub and wanted a new one. Talked with them, didn't over sell me....did not have it in stock but got one for me. Delivered as promised with a smile and walk through of how it works. Communication was excellent and highly recommend them... great job guys in these tough times.

Purchased a Cub Cadet zero turn from Philbricks a couple of years ago. The machine runs really well and quite pleased with the after sales service. I recently had a warranty issue that was solved much faster than expected.Tim is the owner who demonstrates a very high level of integrity. His prices are reasonable and he honors all warranties without question. Andy, has demonstrated a very high proficency when dealing with all aspects of the product they sell and maintain. He is a wealth of knowledge and willing to help you with any questions you may have.I highly recommend this business for any of your lawn and garden equipment needs.
