I went there with my fam to process two things: passport renewal for my child, and registration for Overseas Absentee Voting for me and my wife. The staff who attended to us were very polite and welcoming, fast and efficient. The embassy was also clean, spacious and not crowded at all. We finished everything within 1 hour :)

I had my oath taking last January 18 to be a dual citizen. The process took a while since I registered over the holidays but once the process was complete, scheduling was fast. It was also easy to reschedule whenever you are not available on the date tand replies on email are fast. Great Service

Called the Toronto embassy, after a lot of prompts, the voice mailbox was full and I got cut off. Then called the Ottawa consulate, someone answered immediately and answered my questions. In this day of jumping through automated hoops, I was most pleasantly surprise!!! Well done!!! This is how things SHOULD be!
