Very bad experience just because we try it she forced us to buyInsane.UnethicalNever suggest anyone to go this store

Went there today (21 September) evening with my husband to get presents for my daughter, bought few items and my girl loved it. They even have amazing deals and cashier was super nice too, helped me alot to choose stuff. Satisfied with my experience. Definitely coming again

From last 3/4 years i go for shopping in this store ( I love this store) They have really good items for pretty girls. Today I visited again and there was a girl working at 11:40am Saturday,I don’t know her name but she helped a lot to find stuff for me .

Had a really bad piercing experience. One side did not fully pierce and the ear ring bended. The ear started bleeding at the store. The staff was not professional. Do not recommend. Will not return to get it fixed there.

Bad quality earrings I got my ears pierced and bought the cubic zirconia not even one month later the diamond fell out. Waited a while since the store was under renovations. I finally went to the store and explained to the manger who had such an attitude- I was trying to explain nicely and she got so mad because I wanted a solution but she offered non not even replacement earrings. She even started saying I’m not trying to argue with you when I was trying to understand and explain. I was so surprised, I showed her the receipts, registration paper and the earrings. Overall bad experience for just wanting a solution so rude so I just left because I didn’t want to start anything won’t be stepping foot there ever again.

Went with a friend to get buddy piercings: one for each of us. The staff was super friendly, and helped us decide which earring we wanted. Do note, if you get your ears pierced, you get a discount on precious metal earrings.

It’s newly opened after the renovation and we were so excited to go but the cashier was so rude, no customer service at all. I didn’t even bother to get the receipt so we can leave right away (around 5:00pm Sunday).Edit: long overdue but the new girl was nicer and friendly.

I went to this location as usual with my friend on Monday morning to get our ears pierced we checked the Google timings said the store opens at 10 but it wasn’t open so we waited and went again ( May 29 around 11:30 am ) we wanted to get our ear piercings done so we asked the lady working their. She gave us options which were around 150 dollars something for diamonds and we told her that the earrings are small and they will embed because before too I had the same trouble. When I said I wanted to go with regular gold ( which apparently was cheaper like $80 something ) the lady said she can not pierce my ears. we were so shocked by her behaviour like if a customer doesn’t have money to buy expensive earrings then she clearly said no to the piercing. Anyway we ended up going to Metrotown location and they did pierce our ears with the regular gold earrings. And shockingly the same thing happened to my nephew too. I asked about the customer service number to which she said she is new so she doesn’t have the number. Never had such a bad experience before.
