Over price the same shoes can be ordered online for half the price and have better quality than OTW. The staff is just sitting on their phone if you ask question they say to ask online and they don’t have prices on shoes in person

Absolutely the worst store to shop in. Staff lacking common sense and customer service. Merchandise overpriced and subpar. The first thing they want to do when there is a dispute is call security, which has no authority and is only there to intimidate. Had to call my bank just for them to give me a refund on the product. I would not shop there ever again, they are awful. So think before you spend your money in this place.

Today we went to purchase a pair of shoes at OUT OF THIS WORLD store in Bramalea City Centre and had our receipt emailed to us with no HST number on the receipt when we are paying tax. Legally, no business is allowed to charge tax without an HST number. We took this concern up with the manager at the time, and he asked for the email we want the receipt sent to. He couldn’t hear what email we were trying to tell him so he threw the phone at us on the table asking for the email. It was very rude and aggressive and highly unprofessional. We also were not able to get the number of the owner, and the only way you can contact them through instagram. Very unprofessional how you cannot email or call the owner and can only contact through socials. P.S Manager’s name was TIM. still couldn’t get the HST number and waiting for email.

Came into the store the other day and was very pleased with the customer service, I believe her name was Alycia. She was very pleasant to talk to and extremely helpful with suggestions and will go to the back to make sure she pulls options in my size. She is very well mannered and knows how to accommodate for customers unlike some people that work there.

Absolutely the worst experience with this company, bought a pair of Yeezy slides for my pops and they were to small he tired them outside and the bottom of the slide got a bit dirty, I called in advance and let them know I’d like a bigger size and that they were wore once, he said no problem when I get there he tells me they are to dirty and can’t help me…they were put on once…absolutely the worst customer service. Treat your customers with love and respect I would have bought another paid no problem but he didn’t even try and help me, I do not recommend buying from this place.

Just went to the shop to try to sell or trade pair of shoes that I brought it in. Called 20 mins prior in regards to coming in they said to come which I did a hour later. When I got to the shop I gave them my shoes to legit check they look at my shoes and then start taking pictures with a app to legit check the shoes I was waiting there for almost 40 mins and he couldn't get the app to work and not once did the employee show empathy to a waiting customer or say sorry about the wait" he just said app not working I cant legit check these and didn't say anything after that."

They have some good shoes with lots of options. Ricardo had some very good communication skills with talking to me and my friend. He answered all our questions perfectly!

I’m waiting for money. For the love of god pay the consignors it’s been 6 months

Over priced and seems copy or sub-standard products. This is the reason they do not have return or exchange policy. The Manager Mr. Ricardo need training of his job. See the quality of stitching and Nike logo in attached pictures.
