Anna's Incense

Cheap, punk incense. Not strong at all. The reviews on the site should reflect that these are cheap, half decent incense instead of the fake reviews saying they're premium. Anyone can see those reviews are all fake on the web page. I'm contacting the BBB about three fake reviews on your page down. I hope you have proof of their legitimacy. That's illegal. They stopped Amazon sellers from doing that same bs. Why can't i put this review on your webpage? These people business has to be in ruins ands thats why they're telling lies about how good these things are. If this is all you want don't buy this trash. Just order yourself 1000 punk sticks with free shipping for 5 or 7 bucks and buy some essential oils and dip your own. You could pay 5 bucks for 1000. The only reason i didn't do that because those are not premium incense angst thats exactly what these are. Punk dipped incense. The oils they use are garbage also because these things all smell exactly the same.

I can't believe this company gets anything more than one star. You are better off burning your money literally. I ordered 4 different scents from there so called recommend favorites. They have no smell other then the wood stick itself. There customer service is terrible:( Once they get you suckered in with all the false reviews it's all over!

This is the only incense we buy. Most of her products are mail-order but offers a full selection of fragrances and supplies. Delivery is fast and they throw in a free sample, which is always welcome. Prices are fantastic for extremely high quality incense.

I found Anna's Incense more than 10 years ago, and I still order again as soon as I am running low. Her florals smell like the flower they are named for. The fruits smell like fruit. (For a trip in the wayback machine order some strawberry incense . . . memories!) She has so many scents, and I have never been disappointed. The Disaster Packs are such an economical way to try a wide variety of scents, and allows me to have enough money left in the budget to get some of my tried and true favorites, Jamaican Spice, Nag Champa, Dragon's Blood are three I love. In 2010 I moved my two youngest kids and I back to my home state from Alaska, and when I got my first order from Anna's and I lit some Jamaican Spice my son looked up and said Mom

purchased 12 bags of cones, they do not burn. emailed them 3 days still havent heard back. shame on you annas incense for selling people duds, shipping took 3 weeks, i hardly call that fast. I tried them all, they all go out 1 min after lit. what kind of scam business are you running

Anna's Incense are some of my favorite. I found them online a long time ago, gave them a try, and never looked back at generic incense. I never thought any incense could replace my beloved Satya Sai Baba (Nag Champa, Super Hit, Romance, Midnight are my faves), but Anna's are right up there at the top with Satya. Please do not buy from this company, they do not care about their customers. Firstly, I never leave bad reviews and hate to do so as I love supporting small Canadian businesses but I don't want anyone else getting scammed like I did. I ordered almost $50 worth of incense and NONE of it works. I messaged the owner twice before receiving an answer and was told that shipping is prohibitive due to cost. After that, she never emailed me back. Please don't make the same mistake I did, I only wish I had seen the previous reviews prior to ordering from this company.

I revised this from one star to two stars because I did finally get a response.. My incense would not stay lit. I finally got a response as to what to do to get them to stay lit. Because they are made fresh you may need to put them in the microwave for about a minute to dry them out. It . It worked on a couple that burned almost half way. I am now getting no burn again even after microwaving them. I don't get it...they should burn right out of the package!

My first order was a disaster pack, and I have to say these are the best incense I have ever burned. I bought many on amazon and locally at a mall, but none come close to these in quality. My second order is on the way, this time I picked out scents, so I can try to figure out my favorites as the disaster pack is a variety pack. Would recommend to anyone that wants incense that doesn't smell like chemicals and perfume.

I have no complaints, shipping was fast, it arrived in two days I ordered 6 different scents, and dragons blood is by far my most favourite, it's a rich earthy blend I would recommend Anna's incense to anyone!
