Always a wonderful experience. From the friendly staff at the front desk, to the instructors. Lovely gift shop. Clean and inviting space. Highly recommend this studio for all levels of yogis.

I love Afterglow so much! The space is beautiful and welcoming, the classes offer something for everyone, but most of all the people are what make it the best yoga studio I have ever been to. Julie and Liz are the most compassionate, kind, honest and down to earth owners. The instructors are nothing short of amazing. The community of people that go there are wonderful. I can’t express how grateful I am that Afterglow exists. Thank you ladies for creating such an incredible safe space. Your hard work is appreciated!!!

Super cute studio space w free tea, shop, multiple studio rooms, a smoothie bar, and super nice staff! My class was a perfect mix of excercise and calmness. Easy to stay centered. :)

The best yoga studio I have ever attended. An amazing variety of classes and they cater to all abilities! They have teachers that are well known in the yoga community and yet are so personable and easy to talk to. If you are in the Beaches/east end of Toronto or happen to be just passing through, you have to check out Afterglow!

Best studio in the Beach!!! Amazing instructors, clean and beautiful studio and they really care about their customers. They offer something for everyone, so many options each day. I love the added touches like mat storage, water bottles, towels and a great tea selection. The little things make the difference and this is why I love coming to AfterGlow!

If you are looking for just a yoga studio - Afterglow isn’t it because it is SO much more! Liz and Julie are these wonderful positive souls that have built this amazing supportive community - where whatever your goals, whatever you aspire to, what ever you need, there is no judgement - just love and support. Liz and Julie are amazing and this is echoed in the quality of all their instructors they have. With a variety of classes, so many things to love about the place, and all the warm people, it has become my home. These are my (lovely) people. ❤️

Afterglow may be my absolute favourite yoga studios ever. From the moment you walk in you feel at home and welcomed by the many friendly faces. The class instruction is second to none and the workouts are amazing. I love spending time there, seeing friends and getting an amazing workout both mental and physical. Lots of love to Julie and Liz who are the masterminds behind this awesome operation!!!
