Highly recommend Sandra and Gotcha Covered. She made us feel and treated us like family from the very start, and throughout the entire process. She is highly knowledgable, flexible, professional, an excellent communicator, and goes above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied with your purchase & products when all is through. Products/installation are also of excellent quality. To top it off, her and her husband removed all our old blinds, disposed of them, and installed the new ones in the matter of only 2 or so hours, maybe less! Like a well-oiled machine!More detail:When we initially contacted Sandra, we asked only for consultation regarding our 3-month old daughter's bedroom window, which we wanted to be near black-out for sleep/naps. One window - that's it. I suspect many retailers would not have found this worth their time or energy, but not Sandra. Not only did she provide us the full scope of her services, she also put this nervous first-time mother's heart at ease during each visit by wearing a mask, washing her hands, and avoiding coming over when she'd been in contact with someone who was potentially sick. She even tip-toed around the house and whispered with me while our daughter was napping. As I said - she treated us like family. We ended up doing almost all of our windows with her and we could not be happier with how everything turned out. Transformative! Could not recommend higher.Thank you so much Sandra for everything! I had the pleasure of working with Sandra and Mike on the ordering and installation of blinds in my Kitchen and Living room. They made the ordering process easy and the blinds are beautiful. There was a scratch on the one piece and they had a new one delivered to me ASAP and reinstalled it with no issue! They will be my only call when the rest of my blinds need to be replaced.

Very professional. Delivery was on time or maybe earlier. And during the holiday season. We had the entire house done. Multiple applications. We had a sloped skylight that they suggested a great solution for. But the best were the motorized large blinds. We have a bay window in the kitchen, a sliding patio door, and a very large front window. What a pleasure to use. Each zone has an individual remote control and there isl a main control that operates the entire home. It’s convenient. Sandy was a pleasure to work with, very friendly and knowledgeable. Even with our extensive order they installed the entire house in just a few hours. And all in one day. 5/5 Thank you very much. We are very happy.

She walked us through all our options, explained the differences between all the different types (so many!), and helped put together different options to fit varying budgets. A dynamic duo the both arrived a couple days later, Sandra managing the vision while Mike took measurements and explained minor challenges. Shortly after their first visit I received a couple very competitive quotes with different options to install electronic blinds for my downtown Toronto condo and decided they were the right team for the job. Really appreciated that Sandra kept in constant communication throughout the process to provide updates to the timeline and ensure I was happy with the colours and finish.
