This pharmacy is very convenient, and offers an amazing service. The workers are extremely professional and I have always had great encounters with all of them. They have a great variety of products on shelf as well. I would recommend this pharmacy.

Such great staff, have went out of their way in the past to help me. Quick service and lots of kindness, I can't recommend this pharmacy enough.

Started using their services in 2019 and they were wonderful. But, when one of the pharmacists who worked there that provided this stellar service left, their services deteriorated.Twice since then, they seem to have difficulties placing a fax order or making a phone call to the Laurier Wellness Centre located literally half a kilometre or so from them for prescriptions that they, as pharmacists, know I cannot be off of otherwise I will relapse into detrimental and often life threatening symptoms (i.e. cutting or other methods of self-harm, suicidal tendencies). I don't know the person's name but they have an accent and they didn't even let me explain the situation. I was refused any bridge-prescriptions or anything. Being abrasive and business-geared as a pharmacist is just the biggest paradox ever.I called on the 9th of January and was off this medication for almost 2 weeks. During which time my BPD, MDD, GAD etc were on overdrive, it felt like. SSRIs are prescribed to prevent self-harm and other detrimental consequences of having a brain chemistry in which reuptake needs to be prevented in my situation. You try being in this situation and having the energy to connect yourself with folks to get the help you need to back to being yourself. Not even going to get started on how ridiculously overpriced their stock is, especially as a front geared towards students. You can get the turmeric pills, for example, for like 12 bucks elsewhere while they sell them for almost 20 dollars. They have a new pharmacist who expressed their concern and understanding for my situation which I greatly appreciate. But, I just don't see myself continuing to use their services if I always have to risk losing access to medical services that are literally preventing me from harming myself. I have to restart this treatment from a lower dosage which means I still have to suffer the symptoms of my illnesses before getting back to the semblance of peace I found before this all happened. This situation just proves why privatization is going to hurt people like me.

Gotta disagree with the other review. I've been going for a few years now too, and I switched to them from the big box pharmacies because they are a local, independent business, and as such are much more interested in you as a customer. I have always received kind, great service, and after all this time they know me by name, and know my needs. The only complaint I have is that the hours could be better, but since it's run pretty much entirely by two people, I can see why they wouldn't be able to maintain the kind of hours the big box stores do. Support your local businesses!

I have nothing good to say about this place. Their customer service is very poor and attitude towards customers is rude. I've been going there for a few years and all I've dealt with is a impolite older gentleman and nothing but complications with trying to get prescriptions I need. I've transferred to Shoppers Drug Mart pharmacy it's father but worth it - and with out hassle.

Quick service, never any issue for us getting my partner's prescriptions here. Staff are friendly but not chatty, small store but great location.

I have been coming here for my three prescription medications as well as any over-the-counter drugs I've needed for colds etc for half a year now. There was recently a problem with my plan, but the pharmacist went out of his way to make sure I got the brand name of one of the prescriptions I can't live without for free (I've had a dangerous reaction to a less expensive generic version). If everyone in health care were as compassionate and conscientious as the staff at University Pharmacy, the world would be a much better place, especially for people with chronic conditions. I recommend this place to everyone with a body.
