We are looking to get a new phone and better deal but the customer service representative looks like in hurry to close the deal right away. Not friendly at all and you can tell by the way he look at us that he don't want to answer our questions anymore and just to hurry sign and go. He expect us to just sign and agree to the contract and dont ask any questions and when we did he did not explain it to us but just repeated the words that we just ask him when i needed is an explanation about that charges. He also said he will give us 1 free item but we ended up paying it for a discount instead. Worst customer service.

I have used this Bell Mobility location on 130 Ave for many years. Once again they have proven why they are the first choice for your cell phone services locally. Today they were super stars in sorting out a sim card issue. My company has around 20 devices and it can get confusing managing equipment.They made sorting out the mystery sim card cellular number a breeze. Thanks for your support.

I was SHOCKED at the customer service, it was PERFECT!!It’s very rare to go into any mobility store and receive lightning fast service and super friendly staff. I went in for an upgrade and was in bit of a rush. They got me in and out with a brand new iPhone within 10 minutes. To say the least, I was shocked! It was super impressive how fast they were able to help me out.The two members who were helping me were a delight to deal with, and quite frankly the nicest people who work for Bell I’ve come across in years.Thanks for the superior service and excellent productivity!! Keep it up!!

Absolutely FANTASTIC customer service at this location!! I was helped by Avneet for a phone upgrade, he went above and beyond to get me the best rates! He definitely impressed me with his attention to detail, and I'm very grateful for my new phone and cheaper plan!Went back in for a few other things and both Rico and Elena were both extremely helpful and upbeat as well!

ScammersI came in I asked for a SIM card. I said I needed my phone to work . Charged me $26.25 I walk out call bell . Bell SIM cards only cost$10z go back rude manager you said you want your phone to work? Yes will that’s what we charge to make your phone work we can charge what we want . They are not even a bell store but Speed wireless . AVOID these scammers at all cost

Excellent experience shopping for a cell phone and plan for my teenage son. Rico took the time to explain all of the available options together with the costs and benefits and helped us make the best choice for our family. He was patient with my many many questions and was very accommodating with options for case colours which was especially appreciated by the picky teen!

I went into the store pretty update with bell that I have been a customer for 10+years and have not been given any graces or loyalty perks but rather road blocks and non stop deposits and disrespect. I was ready to leave and a very kind empathetic employee named Brian went out of his way to make me feel valued and help me achieve the upgrade goal I was trying to achieve. Thanks
