CIBC Branch with ATM

Worst branch I ever visited in GTA. Only one tellar or max. two of them work at one time always a long line-ups . Interestingly some days in week they said we dont have staff so we are doing only non cash transactions which is ridiculous.

This branch is near my work place and i often visit this since its the closest qnd i can get my work done on my breaks.So i visited this branch to collect my credit card which was not delivered to my home due to some reason. Whenever I come here, no matter what time it is, people are always waiting in long queue in snow or rain. When i explained security that I am just here to collect and not for any service, he didn't understand a word i spoke, just told me stand in line. He was also talking with other people in line in Punjabi mostly taking about me. I was very courteous with security guy tbh, greeted him first and request with utmost respect to let me in and just collect my card. He told me i dont know anything" if you want to go in you need to be in line. The way he was managing customer was quite rude.When i entered

No tellers..such poor customer service. Why u don't have tellers to serve customers...there are some things that need to be done by people. My husband was told to go back as there were no people to work.

Being a student and opening my first account I wasn’t expecting to get my turn this quick, but Kyle took us quickly after his lunch and answered all questions. We were so satisfied and he was very kind. Thank you Kyle, for making my first experience at the bank very enjoyable.

Worst experience with CIBC, I just applied for a credit card with them (no bank account) I had to visit the bank twice and couples of calls to their call centre just to activate this bloody card.Make sure when they tell you that you are good to go

Great branchThey always nice and helpful, specially a lady Francisca. Even if is a long line, she try to direct or help you in the best way, so you spend less time in line. No so many cashiers so sometimes it's get a bit busy, but when is your turn they help you Zaan is also a great costumer service

This might be the worst branch of any bank I ever been too. Lineups out the door, call them to speak to somebody nobody answers, left a message 5 days ago, no response. This place needs to be completely refurbished.

This branch took care of our needs and gave us some really useful tips. Kyle was really knowledgeable and friendly and we had a good time discussing our banking needs with him!

The WORST LOCATION EVER!!!! Come here if you have free time and are bored because their line never moves due to never having tellers! Always one max two tellers and a line out the door because even those tellers are incompetent! Ridiculous beyond belief!

Lady at the desk don't have to be rude - guy in front of me was just asking why it's taking longer . It's not his fault that you don't know what you are doing or you don't have staff . I am just surprised no one looks at these things at this branch . I just had to leave because long wait time and only 2 tellers open - no one comes out of the office to help out or anythingVery poor service
