I had a terrible experience working with this firm. They are unprofessional, unreliable and disrespectful to the clients’ time. Several weeks into a time sensitive estate tax filing process, a clerk called to say that the ‘owner’ has decided to double the quote originally provided. When asked why they waited over a month to let us know, she said the receptionist had just handed our file over to her. Meanwhile the receptionist she was referring to has the same last name as the owner / CPA and referred to herself as the office manager when we first spoke, at which point I had diligently gathered and forwarded everything over to her. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere which was for the best, as we also found out we had been misinformed with incorrect advice on some key aspects of our tax filing.

Sloppy work. Inconsistencies. Over priced. I speak for both myself and my sister who have had many headaches with their services. My friend referred me to a better tax company that I have used to file 4 tax years effortlessly. I have also referred my sister to them as well and she will be using them too. Very negative experience with Naicker & associates. Would not refer any of my friends who live in that area to them.

Sent an email and paperwork concerning extra charges on IT. No response. Phoned, and they asked for my name, and THEN they told me person was not in. Phoned again, they asked for my name first, and again, they said person was not in. If she wasn't in, why would they ask for my name? Usually, they say, She's not in
