McLean Sherwood provided all of the rental items (tent, tables, chairs, etc.) for our wedding at the Ladybank Schoolhouse (Collingwood area) in summer 2022. Anne at their Orangeville office was a dream to work with. She was timely in responding to my questions, provided helpful recommendations, and worked around our timelines. I reached out to several rental companies and McLean Sherwood was the best I found in terms of the inventory they had available and professionalism. I can recommend them without reservation!

I rented a silver beverage fountain for my annual Christmas champagne party.Online it looks shiny, polished and beautiful.In reality it looked like a piece of scrap metal. It was scratched in about 150 different places and was also no longer round. It had been bashed and dented on all sides. It worked, but I was so embarrassed to put it on the table that we ended up not using it.I didn't notice it was in this condition until it was unwrapped at home. Upon unwrapping it I immediately called and emailed even though I knew they were closed. I then emailed again the next day. No response. Upon return, there was only a receptionist available and she couldn't help me.I never received a response to my complaint.

They did chair rentals for a family BBQ as well as a baby shower on very short notice. No hassle pick up or drop off price was fair and staff was pleasant.

We had a great experience using McLean Sherwood Event Rental for my brother's wedding. Last minute we added in napkins to our tablecloth order and they were excellent and accommodating. The staff was super friendly and answered all of our questions. I recommend visiting the showroom if you have the time. If you don't, trust that you'll receive great service. Also, everything was clean and we had no problem with marks or stains on our linens. Thanks!

We used McLean Sherwood for our outdoor July wedding. The service was exceptional from start to finish. They scheduled a site visit and provided suggestions on size and type of tent. All of the rentals were as expected based on our visit to the showroom. The staff had everything set up and taken down in a timely manner. McLean Sherwood worked with our wedding planner to ensure everything went smoothly on the day of the wedding.

Party rental items at you fingertips. Easy to order ,pick up and return. I'll never do a big family function another way! I cant say enough how easy this was.I've got big family when you get everyone together so using this service on occasion for wine glasses or whatever place setting needed, it's better for the environment and it's not terribly expensive.
