Incredibly unhelpful. We came to get a can of paint for touching up the walls as we are moving. Looked for a standard white interior paint, no custom colour, finish, etc.We provided all of the paint specs and were told that isn't enough, that they would need a piece of the wall. When I asked what more information they needed, we got no response. The employee completely ignored me and he would only look at/ speak to my husband.Went down the street to another location, provided the same info and they were able to help us just fine, courtesy included.

Came in today to get a specific colour that was archived. Kelly was in today and she was extremely helpful and very friendly. She spent the time going over supplies with us (as it's our first time painting) and helping us find a few colour chips to compliment our main choice. Overall a very welcoming experience. Update - Sherwin Williams has since reimbursed us the amount for repainting the house.Very disappointed in this companies response to a mix up on their end. My fiancé attempted to purchase white paint from this store on March 12, 2023, she was directed to the clearance section as someone had just returned some paint because it was too white" according to the SW employee. The paint was not shown to her nor was a sample on the lid

I had a great experience picking out my paint colours. The sales person was so helpful and kind. I got just what I was looking with excellent service. I would definitely get all my interior and exterior paint for our renovation from Sherwin-Williams.

The customer service was great. The young staff member who helped me was very helpful however I didn't get the sense that he had a lot of experience with certain things (ie. whether I could use the same paint for my ceiling as I used for my baseboards). Overall my experience was very good, the products are good, the store is clean and the service was quick and friendly.

After a very rude encounter at the commercial store (feel free to check out that review), we were fortunate to meet Kelly at this location. I'd previously spoken with Victor, the manager, and he was very helpful. Kelly was over the top amazing! She was able to fully explain the intricacies of our project. She cautioned us against a number of potential mistakes we were about to make! We are so grateful to Kelly for her interest, knowledge and overall kindness. We look forward to working with her (and the team) for our large, upcoming project.
