Grateful to Farshad for fixing my MacBook Pro and Iphone in record time. His price is fair, and he is great to deal with. I will take all my products there in the future without hesitation.

It took longer then I probably should to have written this review but it is not reflective of how impressed I was by this company. I had brought in my mid-2014 release Macbook Pro to replace the screen and battery and I found them to be very honest, informative, and responsive. I have already recommended them to a friend who also had a great experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable business to handle their MacBook needs.

This is the second time I chose Top Tek and I live in Vaughan where there are other alternatives. But I was willing to drive 40 minutes to Top Tek because they are awesome.I am always impressed by the way they handled the issues I have. I replaced my iPhone battery over a year ago and it works like new - still.Last week I brought my mac book for battery service. I thought I past the recall warranty but they were able to take some time to check and discovered that I am still under recall eligibility. Which was a plus.I am for sure always going to them for any issues I have. They make buying apple products easy.Thank you.Anna

I am always reluctant to take my iPhone to anywhere but an Apple store but took a chance as this was an Authorized Apple repair dealer. My experience from start to finish was professional courteous and friendly. I was able to change my battery for a very reasonable price and felt like a valued customer. Highly recommended.

When you’re faced with that one issue for the precious MacBooks, turn to Top Tek! The service is real! The check in process to “register” yourself in the database is super easy and quick and instantly shows up in their system for your servicing needs. I walked in feeling intimidated and after picking up my repaired MacBook Pro, I left confident in their abilities and comfortable with them as my go to for any future Mac issues and needs. Had a cracked screen and they let me know that it could take up to a week and I got it back earlier than expected. To be exact, 5 days early! So happy to have had my repairs done with them!

Even if you are desperate, please DON’T COME!I arrived at your store at 5:00 PM Friday with the urgent need to replace the battery in my phone, as I was informed that the repair could be completed in less than one hour and that I would receive a call to collect my device within that timeframe.Unfortunately, the events that unfolded afterward were highly unprofessional and unacceptable but you also neglected to provide me with an invoice for the service rendered. This lack of professionalism and disregard for basic customer care is unacceptable.To my dismay, I never received a call notifying me that my phone was ready for pick-up. Consequently, I made my way to your store at 5:58PM, only to find it closed and the door locked. Despite my repeated attempts to contact your store by phone, all my calls went unanswered and were directed to voicemail.The phone in question is not a mere luxury item; it holds immense importance as it was intended for my grandfather, who is currently in the emergency room. The urgency of the matter was conveyed to your staff when I requested the same-day repair, and I was assured that it could be done within an hour.I find it utterly unacceptable that your store would make promises it cannot keep. If the phone could not be repaired on the same day, or within the timeframe initially communicated, I should have been informed of this in advance. This would have allowed me to make alternative arrangements or seek assistance elsewhere. Instead, I wasted valuable time waiting for a call that never came, only to discover your store abandoned and inaccessible.To make matters worse, when I visited your store on Monday expecting to finally collect my phone, I was met with another disappointment. Despite the sign outside the store indicating that it would be open, the store was closed once again. This blatant disregard for your stated operating hours and the inconvenience it caused me is completely unacceptable.I visited the store on Tuesday with the intention of picking up my phone. However, it is important to mention that I had not received any prior communication from the store regarding the status of my phone. Upon reaching the store, I approached one of the staff members who informed me that they had left the store five minutes earlier than the scheduled closing time on Friday. In an attempt to rectify the situation, the staff member sincerely apologized to me and expressed their best efforts to address the issue.

Farshad provides amazing service. He is honest, friendly and makes sure work is done in a timely fashion. I’ve been coming here for years for my MacBook and iPhone issues, referred many people I know and will continue to do so!

Really great service, friendly knowledgeable staff and super quick turn around. Had a thunderbolt port on my ThinkPad that wasn't charging anymore and needed a mainboard replacement. Was expecting at least 3 days but Farshad had it done next day! Would definitely reccomend!

Great service. Got my laptop repaired under warranty and got it back after two days with no extra charges even if it was a motherboard replacement.
