Real Canadian Superstore Country Village Road

Store is great.. But what is with the outdated exterior.. It's not even the brands current color scheme. I think this building really needs that refresh to bring it into 2023.All that green makes it look like a T&T store..Long pending Real Canadian.I hope someone from corporate reads this.Had to reduce a couple of extra stars from the review because I recived a response from someone who didn't bother to read the entire message

Very poor customer service. I waited for about 20 to 30min at the customer service desk in order to someone come and help with the wrong pricing tags, but no body came to assist. The actual price on the shelf was lower than it scanned. I would suggest please improve your customer service or appoint some well acknowledged staffs at the desk. Ultimately, I did not buy the grocery and left. Today at 1:45 pm ☹️

Happy to have this in neighborhood. This newly opened No Frills is very huge and has almost everything for a grocery store. Prices are reasonable and place is spacious and clean.Staff members look ready and happy to help you with any query you may have.

Three points:1) The store receives 5/5 on store stock, cleanliness, and for keeping the store in order. It is easy to navigate this location, and everything is easy to find.2) The store does look dated compared to other locations. A renovation would only benefit this store, and would make it one of the best shopping experiences in the city.3) While I do understand that employees should be able to express themselves and wear whatever they wish, one employee at this location wore clown-like makeup, and it scared my children.

They have a flash freeze sale by customer service. You use an app and then someone has to dig through 4 different coolers to match the exact weight and price.Great idea in theory. Not so great when there is no one to help as back up for customer service. That’s an hour out of my life.

Always good and fresh stock of produce. Sections and aisles are clean and stocked. PC optimum card helps us earn points and save a lot of money. Helps save and collect points on fuel too. Love the Joe fresh collection. Pharmacy stock could be improved!

The PC Express Pickup service at Superstore is getting from bad to worst.We just shopped online yesterday, and we used their pick up option - we were then able to get a schedule for pickup date today at 4 to 4:30 PM.But lo and behold….we just received a notice today at lunch time that there was a delay on our pickup time. And the bad thing is they did not even tell us what is the new time we can pick up our online order!It seems they do not even understand that we have other things to do, aside from waiting for them to tell us when we can pick up our order. And the main reason why we decided for the more convenient grocery pick up option is we can then do other stuff during the weekend.We understand that they are very busy with online orders but they should at least inform their customers, in case of delays, what the new schedule is so we can then plan around the new schedule. Right now, since we do not even know when we can pickup our online order, we also cannot plan for other things.

Large, a lot of options, and a bit on the cheaper side for family size options. Very clean bathrooms that smell nice which is a big plus in my book. I came here at 10AM on a Saturday and it appeared to be relatively busy but I got through checkout immediately. The aisles are clearly labeled so I found what I was looking for very quickly. It also has a large parking lot but 2 of the doors are not open thus you must go in through the left side of the building. I parked at the right side and had a longer walk to get in.
