We contacted FS Roof Systems this year to have them back again to re shingle our roof. Tim had done some maintenance 2 years ago and we were very happy with their workmanship. Tim was fantastic! He was punctual to the inspection and explained in details of the leak I was having on my flat roof over my garage. Had some flashing come off in high winds. It's was 3rd floor loft level so to high and access was awkward. Tim provided a good price and a crew was sent and did a great job. Very happy with the service.

After having an unfortunate contractor experience, I am now extremely cautious with who I bring in.Tim showed up promptly to assess the problem and gave honest feedback; he was not looking to make a quick buck and provided the most sound proposal of several contractors.On the first day of the job Tim and two of his men started work early. Sean and Dave worked diligently until the evening on one of the hottest days. Called several places for a leak on my decking but no luck. Luckily Tim called back and was able to come have a look the next day. Not only was he puctual and professional, he did a thorough search of the leak and assured me the repair is simple and that his crew member or himself would apply a new sealant free of charge.
