After an ongoing struggle with car accident related injuries and pain, I came to Mandy with a very specific intention to get back to my optimal physical health. I had an overwhelming list of goals that seemed out of reach: to build strength, define and tone my body, alleviate pain, NOT aggravate my injuries any further… the list goes on! Mandy listened to my accident history, fitness struggles and goals to work with me and my body- tailoring the program to my specific needs.She incorporated workouts strategically targeted towards my injuries and pain, allowing me to build strength, tone my body and feel extra good in my bikinis. Most importantly, we didn’t trigger further injury or pain.I honestly couldn’t do a proper lunge unassisted, fast forward to a few weeks of online sessions with Mandy, I had already learned proper prep, form, breathing and built up endurance to be able to do it with properly with dumbbells. Seeing these weekly improvements, along with Mandy’s coaching, hasn’t only helped me look and feel my best, but has also really helped my accident recovery. Not to mention, I never felt restricted with the meals and really enjoyed the customized recipes.I highly recommend to anyone looking to improve their overall well-being, but even more specifically, to anyone who is recovering from an injury, is looking to achieve specific fitness goals and is considering a lifestyle change!

Mandy is great. She worked with me personally to really figure out my fitness goals and was there for me every step of the way. She helped me in losing 40lbs.Her recipes and meal plans were super easy to follow and really delicious. She knows the perfect balance of being disciplined but still enjoying life!So glad I decided to work with her to reach my goals!!

Mandy was the first personal trainer I felt comfortable enough with to actually reach out to about my weight loss goals and I’m glad I had her as my coach. She is very professional, very motivating and a very sweet and kind girl who truly cares about you and your goals. In 1 month I had lost 8 lbs. and a couple inches off my waist. She provided me with so many great meal ideas and easy recipes to follow including a lot of my favourite foods to eat that I didn’t even have to cut out. I learnt a lot from her and I still use her tips til this day that have helped me maintain and continue to lose weight. I would highly recommend reaching out to her about your fitness goals.

I have just finished my personal training and weight loss package with Mandy and I am in awe of the results and life changing experience I had working with her - not only did she completely exceed my expectations and help me surpass my weight loss goal I also left completely confident continuing the sustainable and enjoyable meal plans and effective workouts that I actually loved from her!Initially I was nervous thinking I’d have to cut out foods I love in order to achieve my weight loss goal - but it was the opposite and Mandy curated such a customized meal plan with foods that I love creating an enjoyable and sustainable meal plan for me - it was actually more enjoyable then what I normally eat making it super easy to stick to!When it came to the working out, the ease and accessibility of having all the workouts on an app was so convenient and easy to use it made all the difference being able to see everything and have Mandy’s professional guidance every step of the way while she held me accountable with check ins and being there for any questions or moments of doubt along the way.I went from just hoping to lose 10 lbs to losing over 15 lbs exceeding my own expectations all due to Mandy’s nutrition and personal trainer expertise paired together. I cannot recommend MandyFit enough! Mandy is an amazing coach who truly understands her clients' goals and needs. She created a perfect meal plan with delicious recipes and a workout program that's easy to follow on an app. What I love most about Mandy is that she ensures I don't have to eat foods I don't want to eat nor cut out my favorite foods. I always thought I had to eat boring to get results, but Mandy taught me that I can still eat what I love without sabotaging my results. Thanks to Mandy, I am finally able to get the results I've been looking for!Mandy is also incredibly responsive and always available to answer any questions or concerns I have. She truly cares about her clients and their success. If you're a woman who's tried every diet out there and finally needs a plan that works but doesn't feel hard to reach your goals, I highly recommend working with MandyFit. She's the best!

When I first wanted to get started working out I was super intimidated. I didn't know where to start or what to do. So naturally, I fell into every online diet or youtube video you can imagine but nothing stuck with me for more than a week. I am so thankful I found Mandy at Upgrade BodyLab because she seriously changed my life. She made working out something I love and can keep consistent with.
