The staff here are so nice! They are very eager (in a good way) to help you with selecting the perfect gift. I was helped by Tristan and two Asian (male and female, did not get their names) employees.

Came in to Saje Metrotown on Monday Oct 31, 2022.I can't remember their name but the person that helped us as we brought some adults with developmental disabilities into the store was so gracious and patient. They gave a business card and explained some scents and let the clients sniff the scents and even recommended some others. Really classy and inclusive. Kudos to this person for wonderful service.

I was invited to collaborate with the store for an afternoon, and had an AMAZING experience working with the Saje Metrotown team. I am so impressed with their community support of small, local businesses. As well, I watched them work for 4 hours while I was in store, and every single team member was knowledgeable of product, was approachable, and worked hard helping customers and keeping the store stocked up on a busy Saturday. Easily a 5 star experience.

Love this place! I’ve tried MANY essential oil blends over the years and their essential oil blends are fantastic. All natural skin care. I didn’t know what I wanted as far as skincare goes and they were SO helpful.

I went to Saje at Metrotown Mall yesterday to return a nebulizer I purchased online. It was the Aroma Wander cordless travel nebulizer. I bought it with the hopes of taking it on trips but it sadly did not deliver to my expectations. The charge didn't hold for longer than an hour at the most. Also the output was not very strong even with increased drops of diffuser oil. The clerk at Metrotown Saje was kind and understanding. She initially said there would be no returns on used nebulizers but with it being not up to par, perhaps even faulty, she gave me a full store credit. I was very pleased as I have been a long time, loyal customer of Saje. I love everything about Saje and how they stand behind their products. Their customer service has been excellent and I am so glad that their are a few locations near me.

Nice store to buy scented products. I got hand soap and body lotion as Christmas gift. It was totally worth it. If i am gonna buy gift for someone this will be my first choice.

They call me the walking saje pharmacy, as i always stock up and few months ago I bought few of the hand sanitizer sprays (100 ml)however everytime I press down the nozzle it always gets stuck so I don’t use it. Anyway me and my kids went out today and I didn’t realize i put the wrong hand sanitizer in my bag. So we decided to go to the store and grab another one. As I was checking out and talking to the cashier about it and she mentioned that some of the hand sanitizer nozzle’s they had an issue with. As I pulled my card to pay she (jojo) said don’t worry it’s on us. Thank you Saje Burnaby. I always look forward coming by to your location.
