Worst company ever I have tried them when they first started there service was terrible speeds and very slow I should have canceled but didnt then they finally upgraded there bandwidth overhaul which made a big change but every month still service woukd be disconnected and these crooks wouldn't offer a partial refund stay away from these 2 guys working in there basement lol glad I left start. Ca way better been with start 4 years now..

Service has been down for 5 DAYS with ZERO contact from the company. Not a good company or service. Do not let the prices fool you. You get exactly what you pay for here. Very unreliable especially if you rely on the internet to make money. I am paying for a multitude of other subscriptions I cannot use due to this TERRIBLE internet service. Clearly the company does NOT care about you and just wants your money whether the internet works or not.Editing for the guy who actually got an email back from them, what email did you use?? Ive been trying to cancel all week but no one will respond. This has to be illegal somehow.

Cable internet is okay, but the phone service is lousy and when I tried to get tech support, he tried to blame me and said that I changed my settings. This happened more than once.

A week with no internet and no real explanations. Was told they should have it back up soon. that was a lie. We can't even switch providers because they haven't released our modem. Never deal with this company.

I'd rate zero stars at this point! We have been with them for over 4 years now, we didn't mind an outage from 1-3days, with some sort of explanation. Since Monday Jan 20, 2020 around 430pm we have been without any internet service which also included our home phone line. The only good thing that came out of this was that all the messages for the home phone was redirected to a cellphone. we tried to call him with no avail. BUT he responded to emails.... and not professionally!!! Once we stated that we wanted to cancel our service he was being sarcastic about the home phone number being released, yet had no issues disconnecting the internet. Oh, and I should mention that they did take payment on the day of the outage. we are still currently waiting for the home phone number to be released and its now Jan 28 2020....we switched to Virgin. Can't see this company being up and running for too much longer when everyone's jumped ship.

5+ years of being with this company and all I can say is STAY AWAY. Very unprofessional, Always met with attitude. Numerous outages over the years that I was never reimbursed for, Never reachable when outages occur.Suffered with this recent outage of over 2 weeks and had to switch to a new company, No communication other then one vague email a few days into the interruption. Very happy I made the switch as I did not realize this company charges WAY more then every other 3rd party ISP in the Niagara Region.

Terrible customer service. The internet in the house has been down for almost 3 days and when I tried to contact the company, they would always put me into their mailing machine. When I was able to get a hold of a customer service representative, they gave me TERRIBLE attitude and did not help at all. Currently still do not have internet. Do not go with this company.

The company's okay enough. I wish I could reach them more over phone, cause it's very often busy or unreaching, but customer service is at least decently respecting and internet works pretty fine.
