We do not buy jewelry anywhere else and for good reason. Sako the owner is a complete professional, a true talented artist with honest fair prices and exceptional customer service. Not a good experience. While the young lady that first helped my wife was tremendous and friendly, the man that came from the back, interrupted the young lady and refused service to my wife, should be ashamed of his behaviour. Refusing to repair and handing back to my wife with the comment that was uttered, was rude and insulting. Never going there again.

A wonderful hidden gem jewelry store in north-east Markham, the owner Sako is an honest gentleman, and very professional. I was looking for an old-fashioned gold tie bar/clip for my father, called every store in the Markham Stouffville area and nobody had them in stock; but Sako did...and he saved Christmas for me. He also has a watchmaker that comes in once/week, who repaired a very expensive Omega watch for me, potentially saving me thousands...if I had taken it to an authorized dealer they would have charged me around 15 times of what I paid. I will go here for all of my jewelry needs, big or small...he can custom make what you need, totally trust Sako!

Bought my engagement ring from here, and Sako was great at every step of the process. He took the time (multiple weeks) to get various different stones from his supplier that fit my budget, and requirements, and let me look through them, providing un-biased suggestions along the way.This plus the very fair pricing made it a delightful process. The ring came out gorgeous.

Sako did an amazing job resetting my ring. I had a simple solitaire ring which he changed to a halo with diamonds on the band and reset my wedding band. Best of all is he only added to my ring. He used the gold from my original ring as I requested as it was sentimental to me, and used the same diamonds from my wedding band and my engagement ring. He showed me progress along the way and it came out better than my inspiration photos I showed him. Thank you Sako!
