They were very organized and on schedule. The driver was very nice and also pointed out some things along the route. I would definitely use them again and I would highly recommend them. It’s nice they have usb for charging phones cause I took lots of pictures.Definitely a wonderful start to my holidays.

We had a great experience with the Banff Airporter! The team is super helpful and very kind. They are able to accommodate last minute trips when we were left stranded at 8pm by a different bus they helped us book their last bus. The representative stays till very late at night to help with any questions, bookings, or check-ins! I highly recommend Banff Airporter.

I had a wonderful experience with Banff Airporter on my roundtrip to/from Calgary airport to town of Banff. Very friendly & helpful staff. Dropped me off and picked me up at the front door of my hotel. They were on time and very professional. Both buses were clean and very comfortable. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended! I would definitely use them again!

Jeff was a great driver. No issues. Clean and safe bus. He arrived an hour earlier than the bus we had scheduled. He had room so took four of us earlier. We appreciated that.

We had an excellent experience! The staff at Calgary Airport were so helpful and accommodating. Communication was excellent. The bus ride was scenic and the driver was friendly and competent. Dropped us off promptly at our hotel in Banff. Thank you.

I’m very happy with using this service to get to my hostel! I had arrived too early for it and was just wanting to check the pickup place and they immediately offered to switch me to an earlier bus so I didn’t have to wait 1.5hrs for the next one which I am so thankful for. All of the staff that I talked with are so kind / welcoming. Seats are comfortable and roomy, you can charge your phone on board, and it’s also super clean inside. Would highly recommend this service to others :-)

Prompt and on time! Even during the busy summer travel season. The coach has larger than normal windows to allow for great views of the majestic scenery. Inside the bus was nice, leather seats, air vents, lights, foot rests, and VERY clean!I would definately reccomend.

Drivers were timely on both trips. The van is comfortable with plenty of ports to charge your phone. The staff even allowed us to get on at an earlier time since our flight got in sooner than expected. Highly recommend!

The gracious lady who checked my bags in was very courteous and welcoming. Kevin the driver was warm and friendly through the drive. The lady colleague at the desk displayed signs of selective customer service at the time of departure-- otherwise this would have been a five star experience.Possibly-- and if safety precautions allow-- the driver could provide intermittent highlights of locations, neighborhoods and sceneries along the way.
