Natalie booked my dog's appt in a short time, & met me (in a mask due to covid prevention) outside her shop. She groomed my dog & met me outside again when she was finished. Efficient, professional service, & great customer service.

Shaved my pup down to nothing, shes a Poodle Pomeranian mix and is to have long hair. Never told us she was shaving her but did it anyway, and we had been there many times before so they new how she was to be trimmed.

We brought our 2 year old very active German Shepherd puppy into Natalie at Snips & Clips and have nothing but great things to say about the experience and results!Natalie was very comfortable with our active pup, and we were highly impressed with the cleanliness of her shop as well as the perfect location!Could hardly drag our dog out afterwards because she was so happy and comfortable around Natalie!Thanks again for the great service!

The service my ChowChow and I received by Natalie at Snips & Clips was wonderful!Natalie's kind and calm demeanour make her a wonderful groomer, for any type of dog and temperament!I have no reserve leaving my precious pup at Snips & Clips in Natalie's qualified hands.Her downtown location is also ideal!I would highly recommend this professional dog groomer.
