Not sure why this is rated so high. Tried to set up an appointment to see someone two times and was unable to. Not before the holidays or after so I will be going to another agency. They seemed nice on the phone for the free consultation but turned out to be duds when it came to following thru with the paperwork. If you can't help someone in need then what's the point?
