Sunshine Nails (Lashes/nails/spa/ In Outlet mall)

I have been coming here for over 1 year and they never make me disappointed . All staffs is friendly and does great work, the Manager so sweet as well. I especially love that if I break a nail I can get in right away and not be charged for a fix. Highly recommend.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My name is Sarah I'm using my fiances account to comment. I came in 3 days ago, Monday July 9th, and was initially impressed because the woman doing my nails was fine with me being picky about the shape. I got a full set of jell nails basic colour by the technicians recommendation, which ran me up $45. Yesterday my pinky nail fell off, now today my middle finger nail fell off. By far the worst set of nails I have ever had done, they are beyond flimsy. Complete waste of my money I am not happy about it at all. If I wanted nails that fall off in a few days then I'd spend $9 at walmart and do them myself. Wont be coming back unless it's to get a free set of nails to fix this awful job.UPDATE: Nail number 3 just fell off 4 hours after writing this review.

Brought daughter a few times and they did a great job on her nails. Best to make an appointment first but walks in are welcome.

This was absolutely the worst pedicure I have ever had. Lady doing it was not paying attention at all, at one point she was filing my ankle. I honestly don't even know how to explain it. When massaging my legs, her ponytail kept falling onto my leg and she was then massaging her stray hairs into my leg. I was appalled. I also was concerned she was sharing her tools with the lady next to us because they were just tossing them down on the tray.Overall, not a good experience and 0/10 recommend

I came here last minute and they took me in with no problem. All staff is so kind & genuine! The vibe was definitely there. My toes came out really cute and have lasted me for almost a month now with no chipping! Def recommend!! :)

I recently moved back to Windsor and have been in search for a nail salon. I went online and Pamper me was open and got me in right away. The experience was clean and relaxing. I didn’t expect the first place I tried to be so amazing. I will definitely be returning as well as bringing friends with.

I have been going here for a long time now and have never been disappointed. The nails are always super nice, smooth no bumps, last long, are applied well, a nice shape, and good service. Prices are very fair, not super pricey like other salons. Great staff. And they are good at designs.

Paid extra for gel polish so it would last my vacation but started chipping day one.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here... originally I was completely satisfied with my gel fill color & designed. Paid $30 plus tax and left a $5 tip.. however the very next morning. My pinky peeled off. I live within walking distance to Sunshine so I was looking forward to continuing business with them. I walked back over the next morning where I was told that it never happens & maybe the UV lighting didn’t hit it right. They fixed it and I was on my way. Again by the next morning (so day 2) my ring finger was starting to peel. I went back discouraged with the quality of shellac as I have never ever had this happen. They offered to simply redo it. But I told them I can’t keep coming in daily?! I asked if they had another brand shellac or if there was anything else they could do. They talked amongst themselves, ignored me and then told me they would return $5 to me. I expressed that I was very disappointed and that I wanted to rectify the situation so I could continue to frequent there. They told me they wouldn’t do anything else and gave me $10 back.I will never do business when them again... wish I would have read the reviews on here first. The owner told me that’s it’s never happened to anyone else. I do not stand for dishonesty- they truly need to learn how to handle their customers better and maybe simply change the brand shellac they use because my first impressions were actually quite good.

Very disappointed. The lady was not even paying attention she was too busy watching the tv. She spent 25 minutes massaging my legs. Putting the gel polish on my feet was very rushed. You could tell the lady was in a hurry. I’d rather have more time spent putting the gel polish on properly than getting my legs rubbed. Very disappointed in my experience.
