John is amazing, his inspection was very thorough and he gave very reasonable advice and when I had questions about my house months after closing he still comes by to look in person and make sure he gives the best advice. John was, incredibly thorough with my home inspection. He even gave suggestions on how to improve the property over time to increase its value. On top of all that he went above and beyond, insuring that every square inch of the house was looked at. Was incredibly professional, and truthful in what he saw. I felt like he wasn't there to convince me to buy the house, rather he was there to make sure I was well informed on any and all issues with the house.
