Purchased rear tires for my backhoe, come back the next day to see 2 big gouges out of my 1200 dollar rim, I've had many tires installed and this by far the most unprofessional place I've ever experienced. Called to make a complaint and the guy on the phone tells me this is quite common when installing big tires, I know many many people with backhoes or graders and everyone of them said they should be shot for this workmanship. Wish I could upload pictures of it.

I had a fairly stressful experiance with another car/tire company so I took it to these guys and Saaby (Main desk) worked through this issue, came up with the solutions and fixed it completely. Exceptional service and customer experiance. I will be back. Thanks Guys.

I visited Fountain Tire today with a leak in my tire. The guy behind the desk was prompt and friendly. After some small talk I found out he, Ernie, was the store Owner. Unlike other tire stores that are big Corporations, Fountain Tire is locally owned and operated.They couldn't fix the leak because my Rim had to much corrosion. No charges because they opulent fix it.Yes, I will be back and bring my company truck as well.Scott

These guys are very professional. They know how to treat their customers. They certainly know how to think from the customer's shoe. I went there to swap TPMS on my tires. When they found out later that they did not actually have to swap the current sensors - but to simply program them - instead of swapping (which costs double the money) they programmed them and charged me the half the price I would have paid otherwise. I really appreciate that, since that just tells me they care about the customer's needs.I would very likely go back there for any tire-related needs in the future. Great job!

Inquired about a slow leak in tire using email and got a response with an appointment available. I was taken care of quickly and efficiently. Tried three other local tire shops using email and never did hear back from them! Thanks again!

Ernie and team we're great in handling my car and my short notice, late afternoon, appointment needs. Not only do they have the RIGHT equipment for balancing tires (Hunter Roadforce) they clearly do it RIGHT the first time, and do it with care and attention. Thanks for the great service. This is the second time I came here, and wont be the last for ALL my tire needs.

This is the most fabulous trip I have ever had for any auto repair ever! I have never had things go so smoothly and everyone was so kind. The prices are awesome too!! They repaired my tire and put it back on my car with ease and did it so fast! I have never been so excited to have my car fixed. Cannot recommend this place enough! If I could give them six stars I would.
