Staff are generally friendlyThe place is a little skuzzy though, it is just off the skytrain though they don't get as much traffic now that bridge is closed.Need to be buzzed in for the washroom.

Really bad service. Staff rarely use gloves. Touch food with bare hands. Took 8 minutes just for a simple burger.

You will need to enter the restaurant from the outside of the mall, which took us quite a bit of time to seek out. Even though it’s not busy that evening, we still wait for almost 15 minutes for our meals of two, while the staff doesn’t look busy and doesn’t seem to be doing anything else. It was very frustrating when you’re starving and just want to have some “fast food“!

I waited 20 minutes for a mozza burger combo, and they gave me a burger without mozzarella cheese. So I asked for a mozza. They didn’t even answer me, at a glance, they just put a cold mozza cheese on my burger.

It was decent for a food court A&W. The curds were plentiful but cold and the gravy was smoking hot. Once mixed together for a while it was pretty good.

The tortilla of the wraps are uncooked. The taste was really bad. But the customer service was good.

Ate here and disappointing. Tables aren't cleaned. Person taking orders assumed the food I ordered was to go... Inside the bag? No tissues or straw. I ordered a side of onion rings and it was super crunchy. It meant it was old or it was re deep fried to look like it was just fried. Didn't use the washroom because I know people use this place to go to the washroom before catching the skytrain or bus. A couple just came in asked for the washroom key and both of them used it and never ordered anything.

Overpriced! $24 for Mozza burger combo and Mozza burger on the side!Service was very fast and friendly but taste not so good!
