AWQS Consulting - Cost Consulting & Depreciation Reports Expert

After reviewing proposals from several different firms, our Condominium in White Rock hired Adrian, of AWQS Consulting, to produce a Depreciation Report (DR). We were impressed with his background and existing references. In the end, our expectations were more than met. Adrian handled the process of writing the report--the collection of background documents, obtaining quotes and estimates for the repairs and maintenance issues that needed to be addressed in the DR--very professionally and in a timely fashion. The DR was well received by Council, and Adrian helped Council provide an overview of the DR to everyone in the building. We have followed through on several of the recommendations in his report, and found that his estimates were consistent with the quotes we received. As such, I would highly recommend AWQS Consulting if you are looking for a DR for your Condo. We certainly look forward to working with him when time comes to revisit the Depreciation Report in the future.

Adrian provided our townhouse strata with a comprehensive well written depreciation report. He also created a detailed maintenance plan at our request. Adrian is experienced and knowledgeable about property assets. He was very hands on with inspecting and assessing the common property and limited common property assets, and provided detailed documentation and pictures in the report. Other companies do not do as thorough a job in their depreciation report samples. His report met all the requirements as outlined in the Government of British Columbia Website.As well, Adrian provided numerous references which I verified, contacted and confirmed their satisfaction with their depreciation reports.The process was a very pleasant experience. Adrian was willing to accommodate formatting changes. He was prompt to respond to all inquiries. He put us in touch with reasonably priced contractors to help with issues. He also updated our depreciation report in light of new information provided by homeowners.I feel confident that we have a good report to help us plan for asset maintenance, repairs and replacement costs.
