The service was great. Make sure you dial the number because the person running it is not always at the U-Haul. Great helpful staff.

Rarely answers the phone had to call over 5 times over multiple days to even get a call back. Pre-booked a U-Haul 3 weeks in advance online even got a confirmation phone call a few days before and when I showed up he acted like he didn't even know we were coming and no truck was available. Then said the truck was in for repair". No one was even there when we went to pick it up at 8am. Completely screwed us over for moving our house that weekend. Avoid this place at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. This whole setup make U-Haul in general look bad and not even sure h ow this place keeps afloat. Will never use U-Haul again solely because of this whole ordeal."

I declined the insurance. I was charged for it anyway.I was over charged for mileageI returned the truck with more gas in it than when I got it and they charged me for gas anyway.The location is poor - dogs running around and who knows if they're friendly or not. I was hesitant to get out of my car before the guy came out (shirtless) to pull the dogs in.I've written to request a refund for the overcharges but so far have not heard from them.Very unprofessional.

Truck was not swept had dust and dirt on floor.Never answers phone to try and get bill settledNo clear instructions upon pickup and I didn't have phone on me and they had a pile of instructions which I never got til after I was home and had already returned the truck.I don't think being the only uhual in a small town is a good reason for bad serviceOh and the truck sounded like it was on its last legs. They have 6 all season tires in middle of winter terrible for reversing down a snow cleared laneway had to go forward and reverse multiple times took about 10 mins but when I did it with my truck and trailer did it 1st shot in less than 2 minutes...I normally use a Ryder but thought it might be more convenient since they were closer but really took a chance here.

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Dominic and renting our first trailer. He was very helpful and accommodating making our experience pleasurable. I looking forward to using this service in the future as opposed to renting a truck. Not only is it cost effective, but less stressful. Dominic is very knowledgable and easy to talk to. There is no such thing as a silly question. Just ask and he will help you.

Bad place to rent a vehicle if you like your private information private...Credit card information and things like that have been taken from this location...untrustworthy people have access to private documents...only gave one star because I had to to post the review
