This is my first time using a public storage facility and I must say my experience so far with StorageMart has been great. From the initial online order and payment set up to check in with Anna on site was smooth and stress free. Anna did a great job of explaining the rental process and making me feel comfortable about storing my belongings there. Overall a great experience!

Anna was very professional and it was a pleasure to have her help.The lot, and my unit, was clean.They will not let you use a lock that can be cut with bolt cutters.

Anna is very efficient, well spoken and misses no details. Extremely helpful with any questions I had. makes good suggestions on things I would not even know to ask. It is very obvious that she loves what she does and goes to any length to make things work.

When I first went to Storage Mart I was not sure this was the best place for me.I used storage mart for 2 months with no incidents. When I went in to remove all of my belongings and close my account everything was in the same condition I left it.Anna was very accommodating and helpful. She was always easy to talk to and very friendly. This ended up being a great first experience having to store my things.Anna, thank you very, very much!Lorrie

Anna was really a pleasure to speak with at the Shawnessy location when I was looking to rent a 10x10. She was the consummate professional and guided me through all the formalities swiftly and we had some refreshing conversation to boot! Will definitely be recommending the facility to friends and family.

It was good at first, helpful, friendly and prices were good. 4 months later and price increase with only one month notice right before next billing. Such an inconvenience trying to find a new storage with better prices (trust me there are some better but not close to me) and move everything out.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Storage Mart. Came in during a very emotional time of having to move my things and Anna was an absolute gem.
