I took in my 2012 Mazda 3 for their Interior Shampoo/Detailing" package and it turned out amazing! It was the first time my car has ever been done and it looks and smells brand new. They cleaned every nook and crevice and even found an earring that I had lost! I am very impressed with their great service

I bought a used vehicle and wanted it detailed and shampooed...in the winter so I was concerned abut it drying. Ming had the best price that included shampooing. The folks here were terrific to deal with and the young guy who cleaned my vehicle did a fabulous job! The interior was dry when i picked it up. :)

Far from Professional" I am going back for the third time to get my rear window re-tinted from bubbling within half a year. Not only that when I bought up a rear window that had fallen about a cm or two he said he couldn't bring it back up and wasn't going to re-tint it because the plastic is in the way when the other side is just fine

Most expensive place to get tinting done on town. Thought since is 3m it would be better. Very lousy job with lots of scratches on the tint. After taking it in 3 times to get it fixed is still terrible. Each time the owner agrees with you and promises it would be fixed but is never is so he ask you to drop it off again. There is a forever hair stuck on my window tint and I am just tired of bringing it in to have same or worst results. Offered zero discount or any compensation for me driving there and being without a car for a day while they fixed their mistake. Go somewhere else and don't trust them and is cheaper anywhere else.

The worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Take pride in what you do and making people happy, not oslapping product on (terribly) and saying that it's up to your standards..pretty low standards. If you can't provide, don't do it... 100% garbage, no one... Absolutely no one should be treated the way we were treated.
