We've started using VOIP system since 2013 however after 3 years we ended up to switch from our old VOIP provider to Broad Connect. As usual, any migrates has it's own hassle however the Broad Connect account manager - Hooman and their sales director helped us a lot to get all issues sorted out.Their support technicians always addressed the issues and also helped to add any available features we required in a timely manner. Thanks to Drew and Dhiren that helped us during all transitions and supports.

about 2 years ago we have switched our phone system from Telus to Broad Connect , comparatively paying double amount. There sale rep verbally said he will provide fiber optic internet service. when phone service started, first few months faced lot of problems, signal dropping, poor quality, customers were getting frustrate. Took several months to fix problem but when they fixed phone problem, then internet speed dropped down. we are constantly facing internet issue. Effecting our office productivity and customer service. I would not recommend to use IP Phone.
