Convenient location, lots of pumps, large convenience store section and a small Tim Horton's kiosk and drive through. Staff are friendly and efficient at this busy location.

The store staff aren’t to bad buuuut the Tim’s talk about BS they can’t ever get an order right nor are they the slightest bit friendly. Always get attitude here and never get what I ordered! Save the hassle, travelling to bayers lake or lacewood is worth avoiding these unprofessional rude jerks!

Staff and service is always excellent, but somehow they are ALWAYS sold out of what I need. I understand a lot of goods are supplied by a vendor but how has it been two months now with only one restock, which was sold out within days? Someone should look into this. If an item is selling so fast it ends up off the self for months at a time, the system needs to be updated to order more of that item.Update Feb 28, 2023 : Items I am looking for have restocked once since my post, a couple days after they were sold out again. Since then 3 weeks have gone by and nothing has changed. This product is not hard to come by in other locations, but this Esso location is right across from my home. Many locally owned businesses maintain a healthy stock of this item, including 2 or 3 flats extra I can see while shopping. It goes a long way in showing how local owners want to maintain relationships with customers, and how Esso is just another corporate business interested in profits and not satisfying customers.Edit June 17, 2023 : Just figured I would update this since there has been no attempts to resolve this in the store. The item I used to buy regularly, at least once or twice a week, has not been readily available at this store since the new year. I can find this product at local convenience stores without issue (unfortunately there are none in my area) and somehow Esso cannot ensure their shelves are stocked. The product has been replenished at this store ONCE since January of 2023, and at that time the store clerk told me that I can ask them to check out back for the product because they know that sometimes workers change up shelf locations and forget to restock". I asked once after that

I love getting my car washed and gas there ...its handy great car wash..( not good prices for car wash compared to others ) but so convenient and I'm used to it..

Was denied entry around 9 pm due to having my tiny, 1.5lb emotional support animal with me. Advised the woman denying me entry that he is a registered ESA, she clearly didn't know what to say and went to speak with someone, only to come back and deny me again. There was no one in the store other then staff, he's so small/quiet that he's barely noticeable and I'd already been in with him prior to being denied in the middle of the day, even having one of the day managers serve me with him clearly visible. Come on off of it Esso; you've got old women entering in the morning with more cat hair coating their clothes then my dog has on his body, but sure deny the tiny dog for what I'll assume is sanitary reasons.If you have an ESA for PTSD/severe anxiety that you need with you, skip Esso; especially this one.

Good place to gas up ,get tickets and a coffee and donut.

One of my favourite gas stations to go to !!! Park it’s is hard but always happy to serve me

Only a small Esso, not much for food/snacks but there is a Timmy's inside this location.
