Muay Thai Niagara is absolutely amazing!!! Best workout I have ever had and the coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging. Great for all fitness levels! Recommended for everyone:

Playtown was a huge hit with my kid and I can't wait for him to get older so he can do code ninjas and muay thai there. The entire complex is brand new and super clean. Highly recommend!

We go to Zacada Ninja Warrior at the activityplex. This is an excellent activity for the kids. The staff are great and the course always has new challenges!

ActivityPlex Is an amazing place for Ninja Warrior, Muay Thai, Dancing and more! A much needed place in Niagara for kids to get some non-team exercise.
