I clearly indicated when booking my appt that I would be waiting. Somehow, that did not get put into the booking which made me have to wait 5 hrs for a 2 hr job! Not happy as it ruined my entire day! While I was happy that they were able to complete the repair, not happy with the wait and lack of communication.

Reliable and caring. I always get good honest service at Guilbault! This spring Dave helped me select all-season tires for my trusty Honda Civic. Next thing I knew, tires were on the car and oil was changed. Car feels like new.

Took my truck in to get my winter tires changed. They noticed I needed some brake work. It was done fast and not nearly the cost I expected. I keep going back. Great people, great service.

Santa Fe had issues after a CAA winter tire changeover - discovered the bolts hadn’t been tightened properly and there was debris and rush build up grinding on the inside hub rotor and inner rim. Gibs took it in, cleaned it off, installed the tires properly and had us back on the road in a few hours. I’m glad they’re our neighbourhood mechanic as they’re the premiere shop in the city. Never had a bad experience, they’re trustworthy and do amazing work. Thanks again!

Fantastic service, both mechanical and personal. I have been taking my vehicle to Guilbault for years, however this time it really showed their character. With my wife in hospital for a serious issue I ran into a mechanical issue with my vehicle. David was able to get me car in right away, diagnose the issue, and have it repaired same day. He was also able to give me a loaner so I could get to the hospital to be with my wife. The entire crew at Guilbault went above and beyond in my time of need.
